Hi, I’m Katie The Kat Lady based in Liverpool and a Reiki Let Animals Lead® Practitioner. I run my own business as a holistic mobile master cat groomer covering the North West also studying Zoopharmacognosy, Animal Acupressure and Feline Behaviour. I am a foster carer for my local cat charity, Garston Animal Rescue and do some grooming for them as well. I am in the process of setting up regular Reiki sessions for the cats in their care and am basically all about cats! I live with 4 cats of my own plus at the moment a foster cat called Shiva as well. I love to travel, read, craft and go to the cinema when I have a spare minute. I also can’t resist stationary, especially notebooks and pastel highlighters!

Jenny Kärner de Brito

I am Jenny, a practicioner based in Berlin Germany. I am a dog walker, dog trainer and also offer holistic medicine for animals such as Homeopathy, Phytotherapy and Mycotherapy. I have lived in Venezuela for some years and during that time worked with a lot of street animals. I learned so much from those animals and tried to offer as much help in different ways as I could. I am in nature as often as I can and love traveling with my family including our 3 cats and our dog. I live in Berlin with my husband and son but hopefully soon we will be moving to Florida. No matter where I am my heart and compassion are always there to be with animals and help them.

Johanne is a SARA practitioner and is based in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. Reiki and mindfulness has been a natural path for Johanne as she has been practising yoga and meditation for years. As a child, she was drawn to the energy in nature and animals, finding peace and comfort in their presence. She instinctively knew as a child that there was a common chord in the connection with nature, animals and our existence.

All the dogs that Johanne has been blessed to be graced with in her life have been rescued from shelters and in rescuing animals, those animals have rescued her. Johanne can’t imagine a world without animals and the more she learns about Reiki and the ability to use Reiki with animals confirms to Johanne that she is a forever student in the presence of these beautiful pure souls.

Johanne offers Reiki to both humans and animals and also teaches Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and is registered with the Canadian Reiki Association as a human/animal practitioner and teacher.

Annie is a SARA Practitioner based in Ashfield, Massachusetts.
She offers distant and in-person Reiki sessions to all animals, as well as people and the land. She has been honored to offer Reiki for her friends and family’s rescue animals, as well as for pets who are in the dying process. She loves walking in the forest where she lives and offering Reiki to any wildlife and nature beings that wish to receive the energy.
Annie is also a certified Shamanic Light Healer, Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner, and Qigong Healer.
She lives with her husband Derek and her rescue dog Gracie.

I volunteer at a local animal shelter as an adoption counselor and facilitate a monthly pet loss support group for the community.

In addition to being a SARA practitioner, I am a Certified Pet Loss Bereavement Specialist and a Certified Animal Hospice Practitioner. I own a business offering virtual pet loss support groups and individual sessions. I also provide local in-person and virtual Reiki sessions for caregivers whose animals are approaching the end of their lives or have already passed.

I love spending time in my garden and yard with the wildlife that let me share their space.

Tempest is a SARA practitioner in Salt Lake City Utah. She runs a pet sitting business in Salt Lake County. She spends her extra time researching on any and all modalities related to healing and the Ascension. She also donates her time doing Sound Healing sessions combined with Reiki for friends and family. As well as long walks and hikes with her dog. She’s available for private or remote sessions. She lives in Midvale, Utah with her dog Pharoah.

Amy Gibson is a SARA Practitioner based in Wilmington, North Carolina. Amy is a Reiki Master Practitioner, an Animal Death Doula, and owns a compassionate pet care service in Wilmington. She provides in-home pet Reiki, distance Reiki, and pet death doula services virtually throughout the world. Amy holds her Reiki Master certification in the Usui System of Natural Healing (Usui Shiki Ryoho) and holds certification in the Let Animals Lead Method of Animal Reiki. Amy is a proud member of the Reiki Healing Association and the International Association of Reiki Professionals. She lives with two dogs (Nola Grace and Belle). She enjoys living close to the ocean, meditating, collecting crystals, and visiting New Orleans as often as she can.

Luvin Arms is a non-profit organization that provides outstanding lifelong social, emotional, and cognitive support for rescued farmed animals and narrates the residents’ stories to motivate, educate, and encourage others to adopt a more compassionate way of life. Alaina enjoys gardening, cooking, engaging in animal advocacy, and scuba diving in new places. She is an Ordained Interspecies Animal Chaplain and is the small business owner of The Night Sky Garden: Bereavement Care. Alaina lives in Denver, Colorado with two cat family members named Eclipse, and Jasmine, and her partner Dylan.

Seminole County Parrot Rescue and Sanctuary is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing homes for parrots and other pet bird species that have to be relinquished. Melissa is a business owner of a holistic pet health practice. She is passionate in being a voice for animals and promoting animal welfare. She lives on a farm in Florida with her partner, surrounded by loving animals.

Susan Gelber is a SARA Practitioner and Teacher based in Davis, California. She spends her extra time volunteering with Yolo County Animal Services (YCAS) in Woodland, California, providing the Let Animals Lead® method of Animal Reiki onsite and through distant sessions from her home. Susan is also a friend of Unleashing Yolo, a non-profit of caring citizens methodically seeking to secure funding for improved conditions at YCAS, with the ultimate goal of building a modern shelter to replace the current county structure built 50 years ago. Susan is drawn to the end-of-life process and is certified as a Sacred Pet Death Doula through Animalchemy. She is also a certified Professional Homeopath, with a passion for incorporating classical homeopathy into shelters as a complementary mind-body medicine, to ease intake trauma and reactivity, facilitate adoptions and minimize returns, and timely treat symptoms that might otherwise lead to medication and/or surgery. Susan has also completed the Fear Free Shelters Program. She will be moving to the east coast in 2025 as a grateful SARA Ambassador, in collaboration with providing Animal Reiki and Shelter Homeopathy to the animals, staff and volunteers of the Little Traverse Bay Humane Society (LTBHS), Harbor Springs, Michigan.

Jodie Jacobs is a SARA Practitioner based in Southold, New York. Trained in the Levels 1, 2, and 3 Let Animals Lead® Animal Reiki method by Kathleen Prasad, she brings gentle, transformative energy healing to animals. Jodie is also a Companion Animal End-of-Life Doula and Pet Loss Specialist. As an ordained Animal Chaplain and the founder of Fosters & Ferals Animal Chaplaincy, Jodie is dedicated to nurturing the emotional and spiritual well-being of animals in need as well as supporting those who care for them.

In addition to her chaplaincy work, Jodie serves as the Ambassador of The Animal Communication Collective—a group of 30 animal communicators who host online fundraising events for animal rescues and sanctuaries. She is a member of the board of directors of Farm of the Free, a farm animal sanctuary in Good Hope, Georgia. Since 2019, Jodie has also volunteered remotely with Puppy Kitty NYC, an all-volunteer animal rescue group—a role that holds a special place in her heart as PKNYC brought Oscar, her beloved foster fail cat, into her life.
